These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using thewandernetwork.com and the website features provided by The Wander Network, Inc. (TWN, we, us, or our). Please review them before submitting a request, creating an account, or making a purchase. Where acceptance is required, it must be captured through the relevant signup, checkout, or agreement process.
The website provides information about TWN, travel agent opportunities, training, community activities, events, and travel planning. These terms address website use. They do not replace a signed Independent Contractor Agreement, the Membership Terms, a separate program agreement, or the terms provided for a specific trip, event, or purchase.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Accepting website terms does not substitute for a separate consent required for payments, marketing, or personal-information processing.
2.1 Agent membership. Travel agent affiliation is governed by the signed Independent Contractor Agreement and its exhibits, together with applicable Membership Terms. Separate signed program terms govern the matters assigned to them. A website statement does not amend an existing signed agreement or change an earned commission right.
2.2 Travel and events. A trip or event may have its own confirmation, payment schedule, cancellation policy, supplier conditions, and other terms disclosed before purchase. Those transaction-specific terms govern that transaction, subject to applicable law. No charge or restriction is created solely because a general website link exists.
2.3 Legal protections. Nonwaivable legal rights control over any conflicting provision. These terms do not remove rights to refunds, cancellation, accurate billing, honest reviews, or other protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
You must have legal capacity and any required authority to enter a transaction. Agent membership is offered to eligible U.S.-based independent travel agents under the membership agreement. If you submit information or act for another traveler or business, you must be authorized to do so.
Provide accurate information, keep relevant contact details current, protect your login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not share account access where it is restricted to an authorized user. Creating an inquiry or viewing the website does not itself establish agent affiliation or confirm a travel reservation.
Current membership options and billing details are presented at checkout and in the Membership Terms. The agent commission share applies to eligible Net Supplier Commission, not the total trip price. Memberships renew on the selected monthly or annual schedule until properly canceled or terminated.
The Membership Terms explain the five-calendar-day notice for monthly renewal cancellation, ten-calendar-day notice for annual renewal cancellation, nonrefundable monthly payments, and the initial annual membership’s 30-day prorated-refund window, subject to applicable law. Billing questions and cancellation requests go to accounting@thewandernetwork.com. A recommendation to remain for a year is not a mandatory one-year commitment on a monthly plan.
Submitting a travel form allows TWN or an assigned travel agent to respond about your request. A submitted inquiry, suggested itinerary, or displayed price does not by itself reserve inventory or guarantee availability. A booking is confirmed through the applicable supplier or booking process after the necessary information, authorization, and payment requirements are satisfied.
Airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, insurers, and other suppliers operate their own services. Their schedules, availability, conditions, and cancellation rules may change. TWN and its agents facilitate travel arrangements and support the services they agree to provide; a supplier’s independent role does not excuse TWN from responsibility imposed on TWN by law or a specific agreement.
Review quotes, traveler names, dates, payment deadlines, inclusions, exclusions, and supplier terms before authorizing a booking. Promptly tell your agent about a discrepancy. Travel documentation and entry requirements vary by traveler, nationality, destination, itinerary, and supplier. Confirm the requirements applicable to your trip using the supplier and relevant government sources.
Prices and offers are subject to the conditions and availability disclosed with the offer. Taxes, fees, currency, payment deadlines, and any separate TWN service charges will be disclosed before you authorize the transaction. A website error will be corrected; TWN will not substitute a materially different price or service after your authorization without addressing the change and your applicable rights.
Only use a payment method you are authorized to use. Refunds and cancellations follow the terms applicable to the particular membership, booking, event, or service, together with mandatory law. Canceling a membership does not automatically cancel a separate trip or event registration. These website terms do not create a blanket no-refund policy.
Website articles, webinars, calculators, testimonials, and training descriptions provide general information. A commission calculator is an illustration, not a prediction of earnings or a payment commitment. Actual results depend on eligible bookings, supplier terms, expenses, taxes, and the individual business.
TWN does not guarantee income, sales, clients, leads, travel discounts, FAM invitations, or a particular business outcome. Testimonials describe individual experiences. General educational content does not replace advice from a qualified professional for a specific legal, tax, financial, or medical situation.
TWN may receive supplier commissions, referral compensation, sponsorship support, or other compensation connected with particular services or relationships. Relevant material connections and paid promotions will be disclosed with the affected content; this general statement does not replace a disclosure required for a specific promotion.
TWN or its licensors own or have rights to the website’s branding, original text, graphics, training materials, and other protected content. You may access the website for its intended purposes and use materials within any permission provided. Do not republish, sell, falsely claim ownership of, or use protected materials outside that permission or another lawful right.
You retain ownership of content you submit unless a separate valid written agreement states otherwise. You permit TWN to use an inquiry, booking detail, or other submission as reasonably needed to handle the request and provide the service, subject to the Privacy Policy. Public promotional use of a testimonial, photograph, or other submission requires an appropriate permission or other lawful basis. These website terms do not transfer ownership of your social media content or reviews.
Do not use the website to impersonate another person, submit fraudulent requests, distribute malicious software, obtain unauthorized access, expose another person’s private information, infringe intellectual property, or disrupt services. Automated activity that bypasses access controls or materially interferes with the website is not permitted.
TWN may reasonably restrict website access to address security threats or misuse. Any restriction affecting a paid membership, an existing booking, or earned compensation remains subject to the relevant agreement and applicable law. Nothing here prohibits honest reviews, lawful complaints, reports to authorities, or other legally protected activity.
The website may link to or embed supplier platforms, payment services, video providers, social networks, and other websites. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services. A link does not guarantee a third party’s performance or make its entire content TWN’s statement. Review the terms that apply before providing information or completing a transaction there.
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but content can become outdated and technical interruptions can occur. Website access and general informational materials are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, TWN does not promise uninterrupted access or that every general-information page will always be complete or error-free. Report a material error to info@thewandernetwork.com.
To the extent permitted by law, TWN is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use or unavailability of the general website. This provision does not limit responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or violation of mandatory consumer rights. It does not limit obligations for paid services or commissions governed by a separate agreement.
12.1 Updates. We may update these website terms and display the effective or last-updated date. Material changes will receive appropriate notice, and any required acceptance will be obtained. An update applies prospectively and does not rewrite an existing booking, signed agreement, or accrued payment right.
12.2 Questions and disputes. Contact info@thewandernetwork.com about a website concern or accounting@thewandernetwork.com about membership billing so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us first is not a condition that removes an available legal remedy or shortens a legal deadline.
12.3 Applicable law. Florida law governs these website terms to the extent permitted, without displacing nonwaivable protections under another applicable law. A separate agreement may specify the law and forum for the transaction it governs. These website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
12.4 Remaining provisions. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive it for a later matter.
