Effective date: November 5, 2026
The Wander Network INC. (“The Wander Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) explains here how we collect and use personal information through thewandernetwork.com and our travel inquiry forms on Lnk.Bio.
This notice covers our public website, our travel inquiry forms on Lnk.Bio, and the related inquiry process. Our services and marketing are directed to customers in the United States. Separate websites, travel suppliers, payment services, and independently operated travel businesses may have their own privacy notices.
When you contact us or request travel assistance, we collect the information you submit. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, destinations, travel dates, departure airport, number of adults and children traveling, accommodation preferences, budget, and messages.
If you ask about becoming a travel agent, we collect your name, email address, and the questions or other information you provide. If you purchase a membership, we receive information needed to administer your membership and payment.
Please do not place passport numbers, payment card details, medical information, or other sensitive information in a general inquiry form.
Our website uses Google Analytics through MonsterInsights to understand website activity. Analytics can include pages viewed, referral sources, campaign labels in links, browser and device information, and interactions such as inquiry submissions or clicks toward membership checkout.
Campaign labels help distinguish visits from platforms such as TikTok and Instagram and from different social profiles. They are not intended to contain your name, email address, or other direct contact details.
Bluehost hosts our website and business email. Information submitted through the site or sent to our business email is processed through the relevant hosting, form, and email services. These services may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and delivery or access logs, to operate and protect their services.
We measure interactions with our website, including successful inquiry submissions and clicks toward membership checkout, to understand how visitors use the site and which marketing links lead to inquiries.
We use information to respond to questions, prepare or coordinate travel assistance, route inquiries to an appropriate travel agent, respond to agent recruitment inquiries, administer memberships and payments, maintain website security, and understand how visitors use our website.
We use your email address to follow up on your vacation request. We also add that address to a marketing email list and use Travel Leaders Network marketing services to send marketing emails. You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails. We do not currently send promotional text messages.
When you submit a vacation request through our website or a travel inquiry form on our Lnk.Bio pages, The Wander Network receives it by email and forwards it to the travel agent assigned to help you. That agent manually enters the details of your request into VacationCRM to help with your travel plans.
We use providers and software to operate our website and business, including Bluehost for website and email hosting, WordPress and WPForms for website forms, VacationCRM for inquiry and client records, Google Analytics through MonsterInsights for analytics, CookieYes for cookie preferences, Stripe for membership payments, and Travel Leaders Network for marketing emails. These services process information relevant to their roles. Stripe handles payment processing under its own privacy notice.
We use Lnk.Bio pages to direct visitors to our website and to collect travel inquiries. When you submit one of our travel forms there, we receive the information you provide and use it to handle your request through the same assigned-agent process described above. Lnk.Bio also processes information through its service under its own privacy notice.
If you proceed with travel planning or booking, your assigned travel agent may request additional information needed to arrange your requested services and provide relevant details to travel suppliers or booking services. Those businesses may also provide their own privacy notices.
We may disclose information when legally required, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction, subject to applicable law.
We do not sell or rent customer lists.
We use CookieYes to display your cookie choices and remember your selection.
Choose Accept All to allow optional cookies, Reject All to decline them, or Customise to choose by category. The Analytics category includes Google Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors find and use the site. You can reopen your preferences using the blue cookie button at the bottom-left of the page. You can submit a vacation request even if you reject analytics cookies.
The cookie preference panel provides details about the cookie categories and identified cookies. Necessary cookies support site functions and remember your choices.
Your browser may also let you delete or block cookies. Some website features may be affected by browser settings.
We delete inquiry emails from our inbox without a set schedule. Deleting an email does not automatically delete copies held in form services, an assigned agent’s inbox, or VacationCRM. We currently have no set deletion schedule for VacationCRM inquiry and client records.
We do not apply one fixed retention period to all business records. Records held in our different systems may remain after an inquiry ends. You can contact us to ask about information we hold or to request deletion. We will consider your request under applicable law, including any requirement to retain certain records.
The current GA4 event and user data retention setting is 14 months. This setting does not establish a retention period for all Google reports, website forms, emails, payment records, or other business data.
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, obtain a copy of information, restrict or object to certain uses, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain disclosures or targeted advertising.
To make a privacy request, contact info@thewandernetwork.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. Applicable legal exceptions may limit a request.
Our inquiry forms are intended for adults arranging travel or exploring a business relationship. Adults may provide information about children in their travel party, such as the number of children traveling, so that an agent can help plan the requested trip.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information directly without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review it.
Our public website uses HTTPS to encrypt communications between your browser and the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive documents or payment card information through general inquiry forms or ordinary email; ask your assigned travel agent how to provide information needed for a booking.
Our website links to social platforms, travel suppliers, booking services, and other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. This policy does not automatically cover navicruises.com.
We may update this policy as our practices or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise its effective date. When applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a change, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent.
